Return Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Sea+Stone™  will gladly accept the return of items as specified by our policies below. The items must be in same condition as when they were purchased- free of any wear or damage.

 

Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for return, but we are happy to work with you to provide an estimate for the repair and restore your item to its original condition ( See repair section).

 

If you received a faulty item or damaged item due to shipping , Sea+Stone™  will happily assume return shipping charges if notified within 48 hours of initial delivery.

 

Online Return Policy:

Website purchases are available for refund or credit within 14 days of item delivery. Please allow 5-6 days for refund to post to your account.

 

Show + Market Return Policy:

Sales from trunk shows are eligible for credit or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date. Please allow 5-6 days for refund to post to your account.

 

 

Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. When ordering online, cards are charged immediately after the transaction. We accept mailed checks, however the product will not be shipped until the check has been fully processed.

Sales Tax:

Prices on the site are in US dollars and do not include tax. Applicable sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping to the states of Florida and South Carolina.

 

Repair Policies:

Items are eligible for free repair with reasonable wear for up to six months after initial purchase. Sea+Stone™  reserves the right to determine what constitutes “reasonable wear”. Free shipping is included on “reasonable wear” repairs made within six months of original purchase.

 

Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for free repair. In the event that the item’s damage is due to circumstances outside of “reasonable wear” or if the damage occurs over six months after initial purchase, Sea+Stone™  is happy to assess your item, provide a cost estimate, and restore your item to its original condition. For any repairs due to circumstances outside of “reasonable wear” or over six months after initial purchase, customers will assume responsibility for shipping costs.

 

We recommend shipping returns via FedEx with package insurance for contents. Sea+Stone™  will not assume responsibility for lost return packages and will not refund you if the package is lost or damaged.

 

Ring Sizing Policy:

Most rings purchased through the Sea+Stone™  website are eligible for one free resizing within a month of original purchase.

 

For free ring sizing, customer is responsible for shipping the ring to us. Sea+Stone™  will cover all resizing costs and return shipping.

 

(Please note that some rings, such as our double-banded rings, are very challenging or even impossible to size. On these styles, Sea+Stone™ will ask you to confirm ring size with certainty prior to purchase. Any costs associated with adjustments to these styles after purchase will be the responsibility of the buyer)

 

 

Privacy Policy:

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. Your information is used for internal business purposes only. Our payments are processed via Paypal’s e-commerce platform. The information that you provide during checkout is handled, processed by, and stored by Paypal. Paypal processes your personal information through a secure server and will only use your information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. For further information on how Paypal uses your personal information, please see their policy. By using our website, you consent to the above privacy policy.

 

Custom Work:

Before getting started on the piece, we like to find out a little more information about you and about your desired piece! Please complete the below form and send it (along with any inspiration images or images of similar styles on our site) to info@seaandstonejewelry.com.

 

Sea+Stone reserves the right to accept or refuse any custom order request. We value our aesthetic, design principles,, and craftsmanship, and stand behind every piece that we make. If we don’t feel that a request is a good match for our skills or brand image, we will politely decline it.

 

  • Sea+Stone only works in gold, sterling silver, and natural gemstones.
  • The gold that we use is recycled, but we cannot reuse gold or materials from your personal heirloom jewelry to create a new piece.
  • Once placed, all custom orders are final sale.
  • We will require a 50% deposit before we begin work on your piece, and will collect the balance of the order as well as applicable sales tax and shipping costs once the item is completed.

 

The timeframe for custom orders varies from piece to piece. Generally custom pieces take between 3-6 weeks to complete.

Minimum Order Requirements:

$500 minimum opening order

$200 minimum reorder

 

Credit Cards: 

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

 

Credit Terms:

All orders are on a COD or CREDIT CARD basis only. 

 

Credit Card orders are pre-authorized for payment prior to packing of shipment. All credit cards are billed at time of shipment. All orders received are considered “On Hold” until a credit card number with name, expiration date, billing zipcode, and cvc are received. 

 

Exclusivity:

Sea+Stone believes in protecting it’s stockiest by offering exclusivity by zipcode. We only allow one retailer per zip code unless the stockists agree to carry different lines and are not similar retail establishments (ie- a gallery and a clothing boutique).
